FUTURE PROJECTS: The prints of THE SPIDER RETURNS and THE IRON CLAW had some issues not described by the print owner and are being inspected and cleaned and preorders for them will be delayed. Certain chapters for THE SECRET CODE are still being looked for in the collection from which it is being borrowed. Preorders for SON OF GERONIMO and THE SECRET CODE are still valid. SOG is planned for funding possibly by pledge drive in the future.
REPLACEMENT DISK REQUEST: (BETA TEST)
If you received a disk which needs to be replaced and will be making a new order, you can use this form to request one.
Just choose the replacement disk you want from the choices listed here or write in a title and add it to your upcoming order and the disk will arrive packaged with whatever else you ordered. A replacement disk will be included with that order for the nominal fee of 50c which is necessary for PayPal and the shipping service to process the request.
NOTE: Postage settings for a replacement disk request treated as a single shipment are still being set up, trying to make it so that you can choose postage and not have to accept a default of $3.90.

Shipment names are abbreviated with first letter of first name and first 4 letters of last name to protect privacy. So if your name is Kane Richmond and you ordered a copy of TRAIL OF THE OCTOPUS your order will appear below as KRICH.
STARRED ORDERS (*) BELOW HAVE BEEN PACKED AND SHIPPED OUT OR ARE AWAITING PICKUP BY THE POST OFFICE WITH THE REST OF THE LATEST BATCH SHIPMENT. WHEN YOUR ORDER IS STARRED YOU MAY THEN TRACK IT WITH THE TRACKING NUMBER PROVIDED IN THE EMAIL YOU RECEIVED.
Check your receipt email in a few days for tracking to become active.
A FEW REPLACEMENT DISK ORDERS ARE ALSO BEING WORKED ON AND WILL BE LOGGED WHEN SHIPPED.
Also some non-US orders with unshippable addresses have yet to be processed, expect a contact about them if you think yours may be one. Orders outside US need to have simple one-line address blanks, not super-long ones.

A few copies of MYSTERY MOUNTAIN disks missing 1 chapter went out (proofs). Replacements will be sent to:
RMCHE, APOCA, BBLOO, BMCGI, GMASO, JGLOS, RCALA, RCLAI, RMCHE. The menu has been corrected and other shipments will be correct.
If you received a copy of TIGER WOMAN in color which may not appear to have a link to one chapter on the menu, click the link for the previous chapter and click through markers a couple of times or let it play through and the next will start. The entire serial IS on the disk, and if you click on any chapter all the following chapters will play in sequence from start to finish.

The Squadron is a library from which you are requesting a copy of rare content, not an online store like Amazon.com that ships every day. Orders are not shipped out daily but assembled and sent out in batches, about every two weeks. And we have to wait for cover reprints sometimes before we can send an order out so please be patient. Give us time to order new covers if necessary, then put together what you requested, pack it up and ship it to you. This may take a couple of days or more than a month depending on how much you order and how many things need to be reprinted.
HOW TO CHECK OR CONFIRM AN ORDER:
1. DID YOU RECEIVE MY ORDER?
To check and see if your order processed properly:

and check your email for confirmation of the order
2. ARE YOU WORKING ON ASSEMBLING THE ORDER?
To confirm whether we received your order and are working on assembling it:
>CHECK YOUR E-MAIL BOX FOR YOUR RECEIPT EMAIL WHICH INCLUDES YOUR TRACKING NUMBER, AND LOOK IN THE COLUMN AT LEFT FOR YOUR ABBREVIATED NAME AND ORDER CONTENTS LISTING.
If you have received that e-mail and see your order at left, your order is on the table being assembled. If you received the email the order has been received and it has yet to be logged. SAVE THAT EMAIL as it contains your tracking number. Don't email about the "order status," at this stage, please. The "status" is your shipment is being assembled.
3. WHEN WILL THIS ORDER BE SHIPPED?
When all the pieces of all requested disks are assembled, and the shipment is packed. Watch the yellow column at left to see when it does.
4. HAS MY ORDER BEEN SHIPPED?
To check and see when your order leaves the Squadron HQ and has been picked up by the Post Office, >CHECK THE YELLOW COLUMN AT LEFT. When the order has been packed is ready to be picked up and sent out, your order will appear on the list at left with a star.*
ORDERS NOT YET ON THE LIST ON THIS PAGE for which you have received a tracking notification are usually on the table and usually awaiting 1 item such as a printed cover or some other supply item which is necessary for shipping and will go out as soon as the necessary item is available. Rarely but sometimes disk masters wear out and must be re-created also. Please be patient. If we sent you an email, we've got your order and are working on it.
5. WHEN WILL THIS ORDER BE DELIVERED?
After you see your shipment listed here, it's out of our hands and in the hands of the post office.
To track your order, CLICK ON THE TRACKING NUMBER YOU RECEIVED IN YOUR EMAIL. When the Post Office receives the shipment and scans it, which it doesn't always do right away after a shipment leaves the Squadron, the shipment will track.
6. WAIT FOR YOUR ORDER TO ARRIVE
Please do not email about orders in progress because if a shipment is with the Post Office we can't do anything about it and emails and other sorts of messages from multiple different addresses, different Facebook accounts or the telephone and multiple emails about the same subject will just cause confusion. If you have already sent a message about an order issue, do not send another one. Orders are being logged and worked on.
Sending emails trying to "push" an order will accomplish nothing at all. Again, the Squadron is a LIBRARY, not Amazon.com and your order is a request for rare content we are trying to make available to you within a reasonable amount of time.
Hint: Large orders always take longer than small ones, and sometimes it is necessary to reprint covers or remaster disks and that takes time. Which is why we recommend not ordering more than 3 titles at once.
If you want instant results and to see a serial RIGHT NOW, please use the Cliffhanger Channel Online Library instead of ordering disks and you will be able to watch a serial immediately with no waiting at all.
Note: DELAYS IN SHIPPING CAN HAPPEN IF YOUR ADDRESS AS IT APPEARS IN YOUR PAYPAL ACCOUNT IS INCOMPLETE OR IMPROPERLY FORMATTED.
If your your name or some other part of your address is not formatted correctly on PayPal, that will cause the address not to load properly in our shipping program. Please go into your PayPal account and fix it. A first name and last name is required for all orders.
There should be no commas in your address or after any abbreviations (just use "AVE," or "ST" not "AVE." or "ST.") and states should be 2 letter abbreviations such as PA. Please remove all commas from the address you have set up in your PayPal account
And for heaven's sake, if you have moved, update your address in PayPal before you order. Your package will be shipped to whatever address you have stored in PayPal, which is not going to update your address for you.
