For Serials on DVD and CD
This page will allow you to create and print a custom order form on your own printer which you can then mail in to the Squadron.
To print a form:1. Enter your information below. Some fields are required so that we can get in touch with you if there are questions about your order. Any information you submit will not be shared with anyone for any reason, and we won't email you for purposes of advertising either.
2. Click the gray box at the bottom of the page and the printable order form will appear on your screen.
3. Look it over for errors, especially in your zip code, then send it to the Squadron by mail with appropriate payment.
Does this cost anything? No, there is no charge or obligation if you generate a form. You are not actually purchasing an item or making an order by entering information here. This service is offered for your convenience in preparing a mail order.DVD Formats: Zorro's Fighting Legion, Mystery of the Riverboat, The Sign of the Wolf and Tailspin Tommy in The Great Air Mystery are Region 1 (US/Canada) DVDs. All other DVD sets are non-region-specific DVD-Rs which will play in the vast majority of DVD players.
Can I return a DVD set if it doesn't play in my machine? No, except in case of disk errors. DVD-Rs work best on new DVD players and are compatible with 9+ out of 10 existing machines. If all your disks do not appear to play in one DVD player, try them in another DVD player and they will very likely work. True disk errors are rare and only if one side of one disk in a set will not play, or plays incompletely, and this disk is clean and free of dust or dirt OR if you see an irregularity (which usually looks somewhat like a water spot) in the colored under-surface of the disk does this indicate you have a disk with a genuine error in it. If you email princebarin@serialsquadron.com or better yet make a request with a future order, a replacement for the defective disk will be sent to you free of charge. Do NOT send the entire DVD set back to us. Keep your case and the good DVD, tell us which disk needs to be replaced, we will send the one you need.
How can you tell if a disk is defective? A defective disk is one which will not play because it has a scratch, blemish on the colored underside, or other visually detectable error. Be sure not to allow disks to get even slightly dusty or dirty or scratched, as this can interfere with playback and cause them to skip. Obviously, if for some reason you receive the wrong volume of any DVD or CD in your set this will be replaced also.
Can I pay by credit card online, instead of sending a mail-order form and check? Yes, by using PayPal. Fill out the information below and print the form for your own reference, then go to www.paypal.com, click "send money" and enter the amount for items and postage as they appear on the form you printed, the name Eric Stedman, and email address orders@serialsquadron.com. If you are not already a member, when you sign up they will put $5 in your account which you may use toward purchases.
How long will it take till my order arrives? Demand is very low for the rare items offered by the Squadron and most items are made up to your specific request. Serials of the month will begin shipping on the dates posted and most orders ship the day after they are received or within a week, but please allow 30 days for shipping as sometimes we must reprint titles or covers or be sure masters are error-free.
What should I do to check on an order, or if there's an error in what was shipped? Email princebarin@serialsquadron.com who is in charge of customer service and order logging and explain the situation to him. Include your name and address, what you ordered, and the approximate date you ordered it in your email. He'll know what to do.
