ORDER UPDATE/CORRECTION FORM

Use this form if after reading the rest of the help section you believe it is appropriate to request a replacement for a missing, damaged, or incorrect disk from a previous Squadron order.

After you process this form a $1.50 charge will appear on your PayPal account which will enable the order be added to the Squadron shipping queue as a new order and processed as such. We have tried different methods to address order corrections or disk requests and believe this will work best as it allows
you to initiate the process and confirms your address and other necessary information.

You will receive an email with tracking information about the replacement just as you would with any other new order. If you received an incorrect disk you will be sent a replacement disk. If you received an incorrect title you will receive the disk with case and cover.

NOTE: THE FORM MECHANISM BELOW IS UNDER CONSTRUCTION

If you are in the US, the form should work, but, if you use it, until we can figure out how to get that blank on the bottom to transfer the disk title to us automatically with your request, please also send an email to azura@serialsquadron.com with the title of the disk for which you are requesting a replacement so we know what to ship to you.

If you are outside the US, a postage charge may appear on the form. If the amount does appear and is small and acceptable to you, you may use the form, just be sure and also send an
email to azura@serialsquadron.com with the title of the disk in it. Otherwise check back later and by that time we may have gotten this form mechanism all straightened out.

The reason for the difficulty in doing so is the order system accept information about an order by weight and does not want to allow different automatically-applied shipment prices for a 3 oz shipment, only one. Anyway, if what appears on the cart window after filling this form out doesn't look right, again, don't complete the form, come back later.
